Working with MyTarh
Handing your website to a company takes trust, and trust isn't built with words. Here we set out exactly what happens from the first conversation until after delivery, what we commit to in writing and what we don't.
From the first conversation to the start of work
No money is paid before the scope of work and the price are on paper.
Free intro call
In a short call we listen to what your business needs and tell you which route fits your budget and goals. The call costs nothing and carries no obligation; pick a time on the intro call booking page.
Written estimate and scope of work
Pages, features, delivery time and price are written down as a list. Before that, you can check the approximate range yourself with the cost calculator and our pricing.
Contract before work starts
The exact specifications of each project are defined in a separate contract. The price agreed in the contract is fixed, even if the rates on the website change later.
Upfront payment and start of work
Payment is made in two stages: a 50% upfront payment and 50% after delivery. The delivery time is counted from when we receive the content and the requirements are approved.
What we commit to in writing
All of these are published in the site's terms and conditions and form the basis of your contract.
Three free rounds of revisions
After the initial presentation, three rounds of revisions are carried out at no extra cost. Changes outside the original scope of work are estimated separately and agreed with you before they are done.
Full ownership of code and design
Once payment is complete, ownership of the custom code and designs is transferred to you. Open-source tools and libraries remain under their own licenses.
Bug-fix warranty after delivery
Depending on the type of project, technical issues are fixed free of charge for 1–3 months. This warranty does not cover changes to content, design or new features; support after that has its own separate contract.
Training and handover
The site is deployed on the server and we train you to use the admin panel, so you don't depend on us for day-to-day tasks.
Clear termination
Either party may terminate the contract with 14 days' notice. If you terminate, only the cost of the work already done is charged.
External costs, separate and clear
Costs such as hosting, domain names or paid external services are charged separately. Ask for a list of them in the estimate meeting so you are not surprised when comparing proposals.
What we don't promise, and why
No one can guarantee a specific ranking on Google, a set number of sales or a predetermined return on investment, and we don't either. Results depend on the market, your competitors, your offer and changes to search engine algorithms. What is within our control, and what we measure, is the right structure, good speed, useful content and transparent reporting.
The portfolio projects you see on this site are “concept projects”: they were built to show our design style and page structure, not as client work. Wherever they carry the concept label, that is what it means. If you want to judge the technical quality of our work, test this very site with Google's free PageSpeed Insights tool, or ask us in the intro call to show you the proposed structure for your own project.
Before you sign, check any company like this
Ask us these questions too. A clear answer is your right.
See the draft contract before you pay
The scope of work, delivery time, number of revisions, ownership and termination terms should be on paper before the first payment. The clauses to check are covered in our article on website design contracts.
Whose name are the accounts in?
Ask whose name the domain, hosting, Google Search Console and payment gateway accounts will be created in, and how the passwords will be handed over to you.
Costs after delivery
Ask separately about hosting and domain renewals, licenses and support after the warranty period, so you can compare the price of two proposals properly.
Who are you dealing with?
Know who is responsible for your project and how you will get answers. At MyTarh you can speak directly with Danial Dehhaghi, MyTarh's founder.
Frequently asked questions
How much is the upfront payment for website design at MyTarh?
Payment is made in two stages: a 50% upfront payment after the contract is signed and 50% after delivery. No money is taken before the contract is signed, and the intro call is free.
Who owns the website's code and design after delivery?
Once payment is complete, full ownership of the custom code and designs is transferred to you. Open-source libraries and tools used in the project remain under their own licenses.
What happens if I want to end the work midway?
Either party may terminate the contract with 14 days' notice. In that case, the cost of the work done up to that day is calculated and settled, and the rest of the work does not continue.
What if the website has a technical problem after delivery?
Depending on the type of project, technical bugs are fixed free of charge for 1–3 months. After that period, support and maintenance are provided under a separate contract, and its scope and cost are put in writing before it starts.
Does MyTarh guarantee a first-place ranking on Google?
No. No honest company guarantees a specific ranking by a specific date, because the result also depends on the competition and Google's algorithm. We commit to the right, measurable work and show progress through reports.
Why are the portfolio projects labeled “concept project”?
Because they were built to show our design style and page structure, and they are not client work. We prefer to say this plainly so you can decide based on accurate information.
