The build time for each website package is shown on its package card and is counted from when we receive your content and the requirements are approved. Timelines for other services and add-on features are set in the contract after we review the project.

Yes. All our websites are fully responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet and desktop. Core Web Vitals and loading speed are also a priority for us.

Yes. Every project comes with a custom admin panel that is easy to use, and training on how to use the panel is free.

Yes, your website can be upgraded with an online store section. That said, we recommend planning the right architecture from the start so it costs you less later on.

SEO is a long-term process. First results usually take 3–6 months, and reaching the first page of Google for competitive keywords takes 6–12 months. This depends on how competitive the keyword is and on the current state of your website.

On-page SEO covers optimizing content, tags, URL structure and site speed. Off-page SEO covers link building and growing your domain's authority. For the best results, both should be done together.

The price depends on the type of website and how it is built: a ready-made theme, custom WordPress or custom development. The starting price of each of the six packages is shown on our pricing page. That amount is the project fee; the final cost is set in the contract after the features are reviewed.

Payment is 50% upfront and 50% after delivery. For larger projects, we set up a staged payment schedule.

If we do not meet the commitments set out in the contract, we issue a refund. The exact terms are set out in the contract.

Starter website packages include 1 month of free bug fixing and custom packages include 3 months. New features and ongoing maintenance are covered by a separate contract; support for other services is set out in the contract.

During office hours (Saturday to Wednesday, 8:00–17:00 Tehran time, GMT+3:30) we usually reply within 2–4 hours. For urgent issues, clients get a dedicated Telegram channel.
