By accessing the mytarh.com website or using any of our services, you agree to:

• Abide by these terms and conditions
• Respect our privacy policy
• Accept any future changes to these terms

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

MyTarh provides the following services:

• Website design and development
• Online store design and setup
• Mobile app development
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Google Ads management
• Digital marketing consulting
• Technical support and maintenance

The exact specifications of each project are defined in a separate contract.

• Prices are quoted in US dollars; any applicable taxes are stated in the quote and the contract
• Payment is made as a 50% upfront payment and 50% after delivery
• If payment is delayed, work may be paused
• Additional costs such as hosting, domain names or third-party APIs are charged separately
• Rates may change without prior notice, but the price agreed in the contract is fixed

• The delivery date is set in the contract and depends on the complexity of the project
• Delays by the client in providing information or feedback may postpone delivery
• Three free rounds of revisions are provided after the initial presentation
• Changes outside the original scope may incur additional costs

• Once full payment has been received, full ownership of the custom code and designs is transferred to the client
• Open-source tools, frameworks and libraries remain subject to their own licenses
• MyTarh has the right to show the completed project in its portfolio (unless the client objects)
• The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content it provides for the website

• After delivery, a free warranty period for fixing technical bugs is provided
• The warranty period is 1–3 months, depending on the type of project
• The warranty does not cover changes to content, design or new features
• Extended support is available under a separate contract

MyTarh accepts no liability for:

• Damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client
• Disruptions caused by third-party services (hosting, payments, etc.)
• Loss of data due to the client not keeping backups
• Drops in SEO rankings caused by search engine algorithm changes

• Either party may terminate the contract with 14 days' notice
• If the client terminates, the cost of the work already completed is calculated and charged
• If MyTarh terminates (because of a breach of contract), the upfront payment is not refunded
• MyTarh may suspend services in the event of repeated late payments

These terms are interpreted and enforced under the law that governs the signed project contract. Any dispute is first resolved through amicable negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the matter is referred to the competent courts agreed in the contract.
