The number of workflows alone is not a good basis for an estimate; the complexity of each workflow matters more. A flow that records a form in a spreadsheet and sends a message is far apart in working time from a flow that syncs orders between the store, the warehouse and accounting and also has to handle returns, cancellations and negative stock correctly. A large part of a project's real time goes into these exceptions and error handling, not the main path.
The second factor is the software that has to be connected. A service with a documented, stable API connects quickly; but some local or in-house software has no API or incomplete documentation, and a way has to be found through the database, file exports or coordination with that software's support team. Data quality matters too: if a customer is recorded by mobile number in one system and by account code in another, a matching rule has to be defined first. Server location also matters; some services limit access by region or IP address, so the installation location should be chosen based on the list of integrations.
To get started, the Setup package at $690 covers one simple automation with up to 5 services and usually takes 2–5 business days. The Full package at $1,590 includes up to 10 workflows, AI integration and a monitoring dashboard, and takes 2–4 weeks. For organization-wide automation, ERP integration or building custom nodes, the Enterprise package is priced as a custom quote after reviewing the process. The cost of the server and of add-on services such as an SMS provider or an AI API is separate from the implementation fee, because these accounts are created in your own name.
